  1. Understand your brand:  We feel that your online presence should communicate both who and what you are. It should speak to your audience on a subconscious level and make a positive impression upon them.   We begin every project with a client interview, during which we’ll attempt to build an understanding of the tangible and intangible things that make your company and team unique.  We will need your questionnaire and payment completed at this phase.  In addition, we will send you a google drive folder where you will upload any logo files, campaign calendars, photography, and mood board details.  All of this will be required to be completed prior to scheduling this first meeting.  Plan for a 30 minute virtual meeting at this phase.
  2. Execution: We put the plan into action! We will regularly post on the accounts discussed to attract customers, get feedback, and build brand loyalty. In this phase, we provide monthly analytics detailing the numbers behind what we’re doing: new followers, engagement, and impressions. We think it’s important to ‘show your work’ and this is an important part of our process.

*We recommend purchasing the Social Media Setup Package with this package to ensure we are not only managing your content appropriately but that it’s setup and up to date first.

*Pricing is per platform, per month. Additional monthly services will be billed in advance and due on the first of the month.
