Growth Manager

We’re looking for a self-starting, reliable contracted Growth Manager to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor, work from home opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person. If you are an ambitious, relationship-driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients, then this is a great position for you! You get out what you put in. The right person will be able to make this role their own – you are the architect of your growth strategy – using our effective sales tools / formula and supporting team.

As a part of our Extend team, you’ll also be a part of a very fast-paced and high-growth company. You’re getting in on the ground floor of an experienced but growing team and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team. You will wear multiple hats every day. This may include running out to grab a sample, popping over to a decorator to see a sample or dropping off a product to a client. Relationship development and a high level of customer service – consulting our clients, not order taking or directing – is key to our approach.

Responsibilities will include:

-Earn and keep each client’s respect and confidence as a trusted advisor providing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance, and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions,

-Lead / be present in client meetings with defined initiatives and priorities,

-Acquire in-depth knowledge of client business including their key issues, competitive situation, and industry trends,

– Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are achieved by targeting clients in your region,

– Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets,

– Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution as well as to stay on top of the latest trends,

– Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues globally is excellent and allows Extend to deliver high level service,

– Respond to quote requests in adherence with company procedures,

– Use company order processing & CRM systems in line with procedures,

– New business development,

– Assist with process improvement and creating efficiencies for documentation management,

– Work in the promotional products industry specific programs for quoting, order processing, etc (Sage, ESP, etc).

-Lead with curiosity and a willingness to push your own thinking and the agency’s work in new directions.

Skills and qualifications include:

-High school diploma or GED,

-Bachelor’s degree preferred or in process,

-Over two years of experience in a marketing related industry,

-Familiarity with latest digital marketing techniques and an eye for marketing,

-Working knowledge of Microsoft programs, social media, specifically LinkedIn,

-Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills,

-Presentable and able to communicate via telephone, email, zoom, and face-to-face always representing themselves and Extend at the highest level,

-Outstanding writing skills with the ability to gather information and craft the information into a compelling story,

-Able to build rapport quickly,

-Strong networking skills,

-Ability to work with minimum supervision, able to independently move projects forward, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines,

-Must have a PC or Mac and reliable Internet connection.
