This package includes a template, cookie cutter design that we will create for you. This package is meant for new businesses to get a digital presence up and running quickly. While learning a new platform can be daunting and time consuming while getting things off the ground, we’re here to be your lifeline during these busy and calendar-filled times to get those unfamiliar platforms up and running. Let us take this piece off your plate so you can concentrate on all the other pieces of starting your own business.

The Process

  1. Understand your brand:  We feel that your website should communicate both who and what you are. It should speak to your audience on a subconscious level and make a positive impression upon them.   We begin every design project with a client interview, during which we’ll attempt to build an understanding of the tangible and intangible things that make your company and team unique.  We will need your new website questionnaire and payment completed at this phase.  In addition, we will send you a OneDrive folder where you will upload any logo files, photography (contact us if you’re located in Minnesota and need help with this), and mood board details.  All of this will be required to be completed prior to scheduling this first meeting.  Plan for a 30 minute virtual meeting at this phase.
  2. Concept: In order to develop a website that fulfills all the goals, we will plan accordingly. By working with you to set a standard up front, we’ll be able to develop a handful of options that meet your expectations. We will provide you with 3 home page design options. The client is entitled to a maximum of three revisions at this stage, revisions over three will be subject to additional charges of $150 per hour. All will be mock-ups at this point that we’ve created based on the information you’ve given us. You’ll have the opportunity to review each of them and provide feedback for revisions.  In many cases, our clients end up combining elements of several early designs to create a final product they’re happy with.  We rely on you to write the copy for your site using the sitemap layout.  Plan for a 60 minute virtual meeting at this phase (virtual meeting #2).
  3. Design: Once we have the homepage design finalized, we will replicate that design over the entire site using the copy you provide for us. If you would like help writing the copy, please also purchase the website copy package as well. This is also where we need any photography you have that you would like included on your site.
  4. Delivery: Once we’ve crafted a website design that you’re happy with, we’ll provide you with all of the digital information you need to manage your website, as well as release granting you sole ownership of your new company website. This will be a 60 minute training session. Any edits you have on copy after this point, will be managed by you!
